2000 :: The beginning. First Demo
Mirzadeh was formed in the beginning of the year 2000 by Mirox, Fafner and Exitus. Some months later Jani joins the band as a lead guitarist. With this line-up band recorded their First demo "First Demon" on december 2000 at studio Karivox. At this point of time band was working without a bassplayer and therefore Mirox played all basses on demo.

2001 :: Lues joins Mirzadeh
Band found a proper bassist to complete band's line-up in the end of summer 2001. Lues was from the same geographical region as the other Mirzadeh members and he had similar musical ambitions with other Mirzadeh members.

2002 :: Line-up changes. Profetia & SSoS demos
Second demo "Profetia" was recorded in two days in february at Studio Housevoice. Soon after demo was recorded Jani decided to leave the band. Band wasted no time looking for a new guitarist to replace Jani. Shagul was found from band's own circle of friends. Shagul was already a singer-guitarist of another Alajärvi-based band called DarkSide but still he was eager to join Mirzadeh. Band's first live appearance happened in may 2002 at Vimpeli followed with a few more gigs during summer 2002. In august band headed to the studio again to record follow-up to "Profetia". "Sweet Souls of Shadows" was recorded at Studio Watercastle on 16. - 18. of august. With this demo Mirzadeh began to receive very excited feedback. Most of reviewers gave 4 out 5 points. "SSoS" also aroused Deadline Record's interest towards Mirzadeh. Mirzadeh and Deadline Records clinched a deal of Cradle of Filth-tribute album "Covered in Filth" which Mirzadeh was to participate.

2003 :: Ancient Rites
Mirzadeh recorded 5 new songs for their upcoming release at studio Watercastle on march 2003. These songs were originally supposed to release as MCD, but as releasing date came closer band became into second thought. Three songs from SSoS demo were added to tracklisting and Ancient Rites was released as Full length album on august 2003.
